2020 Democrats entering period of high stakes and tough decisions

Beto O’Rourke bowed out of the presidential race Friday, surprising staffers and supporters in Iowa, where he was scheduled to speak at a Democratic party event. The Democratic candidates are entering the crunch period before the Iowa caucus in February. Ed O’Keefe reports from Iowa.
